The stay was quite enjoyable, especially with the modern bathroom and a view from the room that overlooked the train station area. I loved the comfortable bed and the proximity to attractions like the Cathedral, which was just a short stroll away. Breakfast options were decent as well, providing a good start to the day.

The lift out of service during my stay was quite inconvenient!!! Additionally, I experienced unresponsiveness to emails regarding my arrival, which left me feeling unsupported. Inconsistent room quality also detracted from my experience!!!

I enjoyed the proximity of Le Bristol Strasbourg Gare to the train station. Super easy to walk there, especially after a long journey. The room I stayed in, the Superior Double Room, was a decent size, and the bathroom featured a walk-in shower that was modern and clean. It’s nice to have upgraded amenities, but some aspects of the room could definitely use updating, like the outdated carpet and chipped paint on the walls. Breakfast was decent with enough options to get started for the day. However, I faced issues with the lack of communication from the staff regarding our early check-out due to a train strike, which was a bit frustrating. Despite having paid for the room, I felt that a more accommodating response could have been offered. Also, I noticed no replenishment of bathroom supplies during our stay, which made things inconvenient. Overall, it’s a mixed bag because while the location is great and the room size works, the maintenance and communication need improvement.

The walk-in shower was great, but the lift being broken was a hassle.

the air conditioning didn't work properly.

The room was spacious and beautifully designed, offering a great bathroom experience. However, having the windows permanently locked was quite frustrating since I prefer some fresh air. Additionally, the staff's request to vacate the room early due to it being booked by another guest, despite already paying for an extra night, felt unfair. On the plus side, the continental breakfast was just what we needed to start our day, and I particularly enjoyed the Welsh pastries offered.

It was just a fine choice for a short weekend trip in Strasbourg with good value for cost. The staff were very friendly and even helped me find a great local café for breakfast. Try to get a room on the upper floors for a better view.
